I began my healthy living journey in April 2020 as a university student who struggled to find balance. Since then, I have found a love for the lifestyle and aspire to encourage others to live healthy through focus, positivity and relatability. By becoming a certified personal trainer, fitness instructor and healthy eating and weight loss coach, I learned just how important it is to live healthy for your mind & body.
